Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue within the assigned territory.
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and self-driven lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage sales pipelines, track performance, and maintain accurate records.
- Identify market opportunities and support territory expansion initiatives.
- Collaborate with operations, production, and distribution teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales reporting.
- Represent the company professionally while promoting long-term customer partnerships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, territory management, or business development.
- Strong CRM experience and pipeline management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Able to travel up to 75%, including occasional overnight stays.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
