301WHAD - Warehouse Associate/Backup Driver

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and store materials using proper handling procedures.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
• Absorb and assist with cycle counts, audits, and inventory control processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Support warehouse operations and collaborate with team members.
• Assist with customer inquiries, returns, and basic service needs.
• Perform local deliveries as needed using a company vehicle.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Ability to safely operate a box truck as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse, delivery, or logistics experience required.

About the Role

Supports daily warehouse operations by performing tasks such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, loading, and unloading materials in a safe and efficient manner. Helps maintain inventory accuracy, ensures timely order fulfillment, and supports overall warehouse operations. Approximately 90% of the position involves warehouse activities, with occasional local deliveries using a company box truck as needed.
