About the role

Seeking 3 assistant coaches at all levels for baseball.

Responsibilities

• Support head coach in game planning and strategy
• Teach and develop players at various skill levels
• Manage team practices and games

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in sports science or related field
• Experience coaching at least one level of baseball
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Pass background check

Skills

• Knowledge of baseball rules and regulations
• Effective time management
• Ability to motivate and inspire players
