Fourth Level Coach

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching girls volleyball at the fourth level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement volleyball training programs
• Manage team logistics including scheduling practices and games
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance team performance
• Attend all necessary meetings and events related to the program

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of coaching experience at the high school level
• Experience working with girls volleyball teams
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Passion for volleyball and commitment to student development

Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of volleyball
• Effective leadership and motivational skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
