2nd Shift Warehouse Specialist

Responsibilities

• Safely, accurately, and efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders following established pick and pack processes;
• Scan labels and count the correct amount ordered;
• Ensure products are properly packaged, protected, and presented in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent;
• Written and verbal communication skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Team mindset;
• Comfortable with technology; The role uses hand-held devices as well as Autonomous Mobile Robot systems for picking customer orders;
• Commitment to quality and productivity expectations;

Physical Demands

• Ability to work with required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);
• Stand and walk for periods of up to 8 hours;
• Requires ability to reach, twist, bend;
• Manual dexterity and repetitive motion;
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay

Starting pay for this position is $20.65/hour plus 10% shift differential. BONUS starting in December 2027 with a target of 20%.
