2nd Shift Warehouse Selector

About the role

Gordon Food Service takes pride in delivering seamless order processing and delivery to our customers, and our warehouse staff is the backbone of our success. You’ll be on your feet for 10 hours of work, lifting up to 100 pounds, and working in our freezer. No prior experience is required – we provide dedicated training. Your pay scales with production and efficiency; on average selectors earn 13.36% above their base hourly rate, plus overtime. The position is located at 225 Solar Dr., Imperial, PA.

Responsibilities

• Selecting and picking products according to orders
• Lifting items up to 100 pounds
• Working on your feet for approximately 10 hours per shift
• Operating in freezer and other temperature extremes
• Reading labels, pick lists, scanner displays, signage, and completing paperwork
• Following verbal instructions and communicating with team members

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions (freezer environment)
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Successful completion of a drug test and background check
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required
