2nd Shift Warehouse Selector

About the role

Gordon Food Service takes pride in delivering seamless order processing and delivery to our customers, and our warehouse staff is the backbone of our success. You'll be on your feet for 10 hours of work, lifting up to 100 pounds, and working in our freezer, but there's no experience required — we train you how to get the job done with our dedicated training team.

Pay & benefits

• Starting hourly rate: $21.95 (plus $1.00 shift differential) with an increase to $22.39 at 6 months. Hourly max rate is $26.34. All employees start at the minimum rate.
• Earn two pay raises in your first year
• Freezer differential: $0.80/hr
• Eligible to earn an hourly incentive based on performance (incentive after training can be from $2.17–$7.50/hr)

Schedule

• Sunday–Thursday, 4pm until work is complete
• Friday & Saturday: Off

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed — holidays are very important to our customers
• Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company website information related to benefits, updates, complete paperwork, and follow verbal instructions)
• Successfully pass a drug test and background check
