2nd Shift Supervisor for Food Beverage Company

Maintain a safe and clean work environment

• Comply with established policies and procedures.
• Ability to fully complete appropriate paperwork related to specific job functions in addition to quality and safety/training.
• Manage basic inventory knowledge, read labels and identify Lot #'s, Material # and common sense to identify if raw materials look good to use.
• Communicate inventory levels and notify the manager of supplies that need to be ordered.

Document and General Tasks

• Document all required processing information.
• Perform general tasks as assigned by the manager.

Supervision and Training

• Perform hourly walks through production and warehouse areas to ensure areas are clean and schedule is being maintained.
• Check up on hourly employees to make sure they are doing their specific job.
• Supervise, train and coach production associates on a day-to-day basis.

Production Processes and Safety

• Cookout coordination, maintenance, and monitoring of production processes and procedures to ensure product quality.
• Conduct and coordinate routine safety and sanitation inspections to promote employee safety, clean work environment, and clean equipment.
• Follow and enforce general plant safety, food safety, and good manufacturing practices.

Coordination and Logistics

• Cookout coordination, maintenance, and monitoring of production processes and procedures to ensure product quality.
• Coordinate breaks and lunches to ensure line continues to run with minimal impact and that personnel return to work on time.
