About the role

Supervise and lead a team of 2 Team Leads and up to 40 non-union hourly production employees on 3rd shift. Drive key performance metrics, KPIs, quality standards, and safety initiatives on the production floor. Champion and lead Continuous Improvement (CI) efforts to optimize manufacturing processes. Mentor, coach, train, and develop talent to build a high-performing production team. Manage disciplinary actions and conduct employee performance reviews. Maintain a strong floor presence to ensure operational efficiency and team accountability.

Requirements

• Background in blow molding, injection molding, extrusion, or any plastic molding process preferred; automotive industry experience also considered
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience leading and managing production teams
