Benefits & Compensation

• Monday – Thursday 4x10 Schedule: 3:30pm – 2:00am
• $25.51 hourly wage with a $1,000 bonus after completion of 90 days of employment (subject to taxes), applicable to new hires only.

Position Summary

Essential Functions

• Champion Lozier’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values by demonstrating the behaviors that contribute to Lozier’s success.
• Set-up Punch Presses, Brake Presses, and/or Automatic Presses to print specifications in order to obtain maximum productivity.
• Basic programming for laser or CNC equipment.
• Communicate problems pertaining to the set-up of equipment and tooling to Machine Operators, Supervisors and Technicians.
• Follow-up with Machine Operators to ensure operation is running safely and efficiently.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.

Preferred Skills

• Currently have or be able to obtain forklift license.
• Able to read and understand blueprints.
• Working knowledge of measuring tools such as a tape measure, caliper, protractor and micrometer.
• Die setup experience in brake press, stamping or injection molding processes.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.

Special Demands

• Able to lift up to 30 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
