2nd Shift Shipping Clerk

Summary

Performs general office duties such as filing, data entry, sorting, organizing mailings and other clerical responsibilities in a busy, fast‑paced warehouse environment with powered industrial equipment.

Schedule

Sunday – Thursday, 12:00 PM to finish.

Responsibilities

• File documents, enter data, sort and organize mailings, and perform other clerical tasks.
• Operate safely in a warehouse environment with continuous movement of powered industrial equipment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds from floor to chest.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi‑task.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; or three to five years related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple correspondence; present information in one‑on‑one or small‑group settings.
• Basic mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Reasoning ability to follow detailed written and oral instructions and solve problems with a few concrete variables.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, balance, stoop, talk, and hear.
• Frequent use of hands for handling objects, tools, or controls; reaching with arms.
• Occasional lifting/moving up to 10 pounds.
• Vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Work Environment

• Moderate noise level, with occasional higher noise typical of grocery store or warehouse settings.
• Fast‑paced warehouse with powered industrial equipment.
