2nd Shift Restock/Receiving Lead (Seasonal)

Job Purpose

The Restock/Receiving Lead will serve as a trainer and resource for questions and guidance to the Receivers within the Receiving Department. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and a collaborative spirit.

Administrative Major Accountabilities/Essential Duties

• Make all receiving appointments per department capacity
• Record and track all ASNs, packing lists, and bills in an organized manner for easy research and clarification
• Verify all inbound loads as being full and complete
• Audit all purchase orders received against packing lists provided
• Work as a liaison between Receiving and Merchandising to ensure all vendors follow our guidelines for shipping
• Work with Merchandising to prioritize inbound packages and ensure immediate receipt upon delivery
• Be a resource for receiving associates for extra assistance and needs regarding shipments and PO issues
• Train new and current receiving associates on department procedures
• Support and enforce all CFC Policies
• Keep work area safe and clean on a daily basis
• Supervise the stocking and restocking bins, sorting product by color and size, receiving product and counting product to match against invoice
• Use a hand-held inventory scanner as part of daily responsibilities
• May be trained on motorized equipment (order picker, fork-lifts etc...)

Minimum Requirements

• Able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds
• Able to bend, stoop and kneel when restocking items
• Able to go up and down step ladders safely while carrying products
• High attention to detail and focus on accuracy
• Ability to distinguish between colors
• Proven track record of punctuality with minimal absenteeism
• Proven ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in English
• Must be 18 years of age or older to work in this position due to DOL regulations
