Responsibilities

• Implement process improvement methods to ensure non-stop operations and ongoing production in an effective, safe, and profitable manner.
• Manage inventory, labor, production efficiency, and cost controls.
• Provide leadership to staff, including assessing performance, scheduling, and directing all operational activities to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Ensure workplace safety through implementation, adherence, and enforcement of company business standards, safety programs, and development initiatives.
• Monitor daily key point measures, safety, production flow, and material costs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of manufacturing experience.
• Skills in training employees, including planning, assigning, and directing work.
• Excellent multi-tasking, analytical, and communication skills.
• Mechanical knowledge of machines, equipment, and tools, including their design, uses, repair, and maintenance.

Schedule

3:00 PM - 1:30 AM, Monday - Friday. Overtime as needed.

Pay

Hourly pay range of $21.00 - $24.00 per hour.
