2nd Shift Production Supervisor
Supervisory Duties
- Schedule and assign tasks to workers
- Troubleshoot issues and implement improvements
- Ensure production targets are met
- Maintain quality standards
- Drive P&L results
Duties And Responsibilities
- Deliver clear and concise information during shift transition meetings
- Support for escalated issues during work shift
- Maintain consistent production quality
- Communicate with management and customers
- Engage in employee relations initiatives
- Aid in P&L forecasting and analysis
- Prepare and administer daily performance feedback and reporting
- Coordinate workflow and ensure inventory levels
- Train, motivate, and support employees
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of leadership experience in materials/distribution environment
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities
- Professional customer engagement
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in high-volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service, or logistics
- Experience supervising temporary staff
- Experience with UKG and Kronos
- General knowledge of OSHA Standards
Requirements
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Physical demands of a warehouse environment
