2nd Shift Production Associate

About the role

This is a full-time, hourly position at the Fond du Lac Container Facility, located at 981 South Hickory Street, Fond du Lac, WI 54935. You will begin on 1st shift for training and must be available to work on all three shifts if needed to cover overtime hours.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Run and maintain large machines in a safe manner
• Read factory orders
• Utilize basic shop math, such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment
• Conduct consistent quality and count inspection of products
• Practice great factory housekeeping
• Work overtime as needed, including Saturdays

Pay

The pay rate starts at $22.85 per hour. After successful completion of training on a specific job, employees will be paid $23.87 to $28.95 per hour, based on the job they perform. A sign-on bonus of $500 will be paid after 30 days and an additional $500 after 6 months.

Schedule

The normal schedule for this position is 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, with overtime and Saturdays as needed.
