2nd Shift Production Associate

Pay

Starting pay is $23.00 per hour and up, depending on experience. A $2.00-per-hour shift differential applies to second shift. Compensation increases are based on skills and contribution to plant performance.

Schedule

Only candidates flexible to be assigned any shift will be considered. Overtime, holidays, and weekends are required. Orientation is on first shift (7 a.m.–3 p.m.); permanent assignment follows orientation.

• 1st shift: Monday–Friday 7 a.m.–3 p.m.; weekends and overtime as needed
• 2nd shift: Monday–Friday 3 p.m.–11 p.m.; weekends and overtime as needed (currently hiring)
• 3rd shift: Monday–Friday 11 p.m.–7 a.m.; weekends and overtime as needed

The facility operates on a point-based attendance program.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets
• Monitor and/or enter data into computer control systems
• Produce work that meets established quality requirements
• Maintain quality and accuracy of work performed
• Uphold commitments to safety and continuous improvement
• Perform basic asset care, including routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work area
• Collaborate as a team to meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals
• Operate and/or work around mobile equipment
• Strictly adhere to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment
• Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and pulling for up to twelve hours a day in a loud, noisy, industrial, high-volume environment

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, warehouse, or military environment

Skills

Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device will put you ahead.
