2ND-SHIFT MONROE MAINTENANCE INDUSTRIAL REFRIGERATION FULL-TIME (PLEASE READ JOB REQUIREMENTS BELOW)

Hourly position on 2nd shift. Background check required for certain roles.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass and maintain a pulmonary function test (PFT)
• Must be a member of the HAZMAT team
• Must be able to use and train in a self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA)
• Must remain clean shaven at all times
• Minimum of six months industrial maintenance experience, documented in work history, or graduation from an industrial maintenance program
• Industrial refrigeration experience is a plus
• Ability to work well and communicate professionally with others
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, turn, climb, push, pull, and carry 50+ pounds as needed
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, stay late, come in early, or cover other shifts
• Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

Rehire criteria: 90-day waiting period from most recent termination date; candidates not eligible if previously employed by Tyson three times.
