2ND-SHIFT MONROE INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE FULL-TIME (PLEASE READ JOB REQUIREMENTS)

Job Description

Responsible for preventive maintenance and repairs to equipment from Stork Cut Up Lines through packing lines.

Primary tasks include:

• Performing preventive maintenance on assigned equipment on a weekly basis
• Rebuilding equipment as determined necessary by supervision
• Facilitating facility repairs within the area
• Making machine adjustments during production periods
• Repairing equipment as necessary in the event of mechanical failure

Other Responsibilities

• Monitoring equipment performance
• Documenting corrections made to equipment
• Filling out requisitions or communicating to supervision parts required and not in inventory
• Obtaining parts from supply
• Cleaning area after repair or PM occurs

Job Requirement

Needs 6 months of experience in the job history. Rehire criteria includes a 90-day waiting period from the most recent termination, and candidates not eligible if they have worked for Tyson 3 times already.
