Job Description
Responsible for preventive maintenance and repairs to equipment from Stork Cut Up Lines through packing lines.
Primary tasks include:
- Performing preventive maintenance on assigned equipment on a weekly basis
- Rebuilding equipment as determined necessary by supervision
- Facilitating facility repairs within area
- Making machine adjustments during production periods
- Repairing equipment as necessary in the event of mechanical failure
Responsibilities
Maintaining equipment performance, documenting corrections made to equipment, filling out requisitions/or communicating to supervision parts required and not in inventory; obtaining parts from supply, cleaning area after repair or PM occurs.
Job Requirement
Needs 6 months of experience in the job history. Rehire criteria includes a 90-day waiting period from most recent termination, date 3 times. Candidates not eligible if working for Tyson 3 times already.
