Fleet Repair Solutions, a leader in medium-to-heavy-duty fleet service, is seeking skilled Mobile Trailer Technicians for its Potsville, PA location. Two positions are available for the second shift. Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair trailers to ensure they are safe, reliable, and road‑ready.
• Utilize advanced tools, technology, and software to manage work orders and repairs.
• Collaborate with a skilled team while adhering to compliance and safety standards.
• Bring expert knowledge to every repair, delivering top‑tier service on each project.

Requirements

• At least one year of trailer maintenance experience.
• A clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Qualifications

• A CDL is preferred but not required.

Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Hourly pay up to $35.00/hour plus a $2.50/hr shift differential, with potential for overtime and performance bonuses of up to $12,000 annually (paid monthly).

Schedule

Second shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM.
