Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve raw materials from the warehouse and deliver them to the compounding area based on production needs.
- Accurately transfer materials between warehouse and production locations using ERP systems and handheld barcode scanners.
- Return raw materials to warehouse locations after use and help maintain inventory accuracy.
- Follow FEFO inventory practices and support cycle counting activities.
- Replenish materials, solutions, PG, and ethanol alcohol totes used in production.
- Assist with batch processing, resampling, and submitting materials to Quality Control as needed.
- Pull samples for raw materials and finished goods evaluations.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and handheld barcode scanners.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies, GMPs, SOPs, and food safety requirements.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED required.
- Three months of related experience and/or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Forklift or material handling equipment experience preferred.
- Ability to read and understand English instructions, labels, safety information, reports, and training materials.
- Ability to use computers and warehouse management systems.
- Must be able to understand and follow SOPs, SSOPs, GMPs, and job-specific work instructions.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push, pull, twist, climb step ladders, and perform repetitive material handling tasks.
- Comfortable working around moving mechanical parts and chemicals.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends as needed.
