2nd Shift Maintenance Mechanic Lead
About the role
This person will be responsible for ensuring the department runs at the Company-set efficiency, restoring breakdowns in the quickest and safest means possible, and assisting production in the daily operation of the department. They will be proactive to production needs, assume the supervisor’s responsibilities in their absence, and help train fellow team members/new hires as needed.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of three years mechanical background
- Knowledge of welding and plumbing
- Ability to operate a cutting torch and plasma cutter
- Able to operate loaders
- Excellent attendance (4.0 points or less), safety, and work records
Skills
- Additional maintenance training/experience
Pay
Base hourly salary rate of $37.60–$39.60/hour, with a $1.00 shift differential. Perfect attendance incentive of $2.00 extra per hour for perfect attendance.
Schedule
Monday–Friday with some weekend work required; 12:30 pm–8:30 pm.
