Maintenance Mechanic Lead (2nd Shift)

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a shift team of technicians to maintain 98%+ uptime on production lines.
• Bring structure and stability to the shift while developing and mentoring technicians.
• Stay hands-on with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, including PLCs, VFDs, servos, and robotics.
• Drive the transition to predictive maintenance to increase planned work over time.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on industrial maintenance experience, including leading or mentoring others.
• Desire for a stable, well-run shop with a midweek day off.
• Leadership through trust, steadiness, and a focus on detail and safety.
• Technical strength and discipline in maintenance practices.

Pay

• Starting pay from $40/hour.
• $7,000 sign-on bonus.
• $5.00/hour off-shift premium.
• $50 monthly cell phone reimbursement.
• Weekend and holiday premiums.

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.
• Predictable rotating schedule with every other weekend off.
