2nd Shift Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality products according to customer specifications.
• Operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment.
• Perform safety checks and machine adjustments.
• Load packaging material and inspect products.
• Clean and maintain packaging machines.
• Document activities and report issues.

Skills & Specifications

• Understand and follow SOPs, Machine Priming, and Machine Operations.
• Able to manipulate small parts and gauges.
• Use thinking and reasoning skills to solve problems.
• Set up and perform preventative maintenance.
• Communicate performance information to other shifts.
• Complete washout training for sanitary purposes.

Safety & GMP Objectives

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Comply with company safety and environmental policies.
• Recognize and report incidents.
• Follow the Food Safety Plan and MFP Mission Statement.
• Adhere to GMPs including proper waste disposal and attire.

Pay

Compensation: $19.50/hr + $0.85 shift differential

Schedule

Hours: M-WE: 4pm - 1:15am & TH: 4pm - 6:15am
