About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join an operations team supporting a fast-paced warehouse and cleanroom environment. This role plays a key part in coordinating material flow, supporting operational planning, and ensuring efficient execution across supply chain activities.

Responsibilities

  • Cook up daily logistics operations within warehouse and/or cleanroom environments
  • Develop and manage shift-level personnel planning to ensure adequate staffing and output
  • Collaborate with operational planning teams to adapt to changing demand and priorities
  • Identify and resolve workflow disruptions (e.g., damaged materials, system discrepancies); escalate cross-functional issues as needed
  • Set priorities for shop floor teams to ensure timely task completion
  • Support and guide junior material handlers on processes and task execution
  • Monitor and analyze material flow and quality issues; report findings to leadership
  • Ensure adherence to 5S+1 and safety standards through regular workstation inspections
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and operational processes
  • Contribute to cross-functional improvement efforts (e.g., value stream mapping, process workshops)

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Hands-on experience in logistics, materials management, or supply chain operations
  • Strong knowledge of SAP / SAP ERP systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
  • Experience working in warehouse inventory and logistics environments
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

  • Required: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Preferred: Experience with data entry, order entry, and shipping/receiving processes
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferred: Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S, etc.)
