About the role

ID Technology is seeking a Die-cutter Operator Lead for their 2nd shift position in Marietta, GA. This role contributes to the success of the company by producing quality flexographic label products, working collaboratively with a team-player mentality, and maintaining a high level of pride in one's work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain open communication and work closely with production employees
• Ensure press operators are working according to schedule
• Communicate with alternate shift lead/supervisor on daily activities, schedule maintenance, etc.
• Monitor floor to ensure output objectives are being met
• Keep shop floor areas clean and uncluttered
• Inspect finished products based on supplied specifications and standard quality criteria
• Packaged finished products based on supplied specifications and standard packaging criteria
• Absorb and assist in the set-up of finishing equipment
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude
• Abide by ID Technology safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with value of quality
• Experience/comfortable in a manufacturing environment
• Familiar with or comfortable with operating small machinery
• Self-motivated, able to work well independently
• Able to work efficiently, accurately
• Good communication skills and desire to help your team succeed

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00 per hour.
