2nd shift Industrial Maintenance Tech

Stable, growing US manufacturer in need of an experienced Electro-Mechanical Industrial Maintenance Technician for second shift. This role offers strong pay, benefits, and a great team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults in machinery and equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Document and maintain records of all maintenance and repair work, including tracking spare parts and components used.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize operations and improve overall productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
• Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex machinery issues.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and explain job tasks effectively.
• High degree of mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work second shift schedule and be on-call for emergencies or breakdowns.

Pay

$27 – $36.50 per hour
