2nd Shift IHM Floater

Responsibilities

• Operate various tools and equipment to prep parts.
• Use hand and power tools to deburr and prep parts.
• Read and understand prints.
• Use measuring devices like calipers, protractors, and squares.
• Run machines including Drill press, PEM inserting machine, and belt sanders.
• Achieve production efficiency and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Rotate workstations according to business and production needs.
• Adhere to work schedules.
• Work 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m., Monday - Friday, and Mandatory Overtime when required.
• Follow company policies regarding attendance, overtime, cell phone use, breaks, and smoking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to lift and/or move 50 pounds.
• Able to lift overhead.
• Works in a warehouse environment with elevated noise, dust, and activity.
• Frequent exposure to moving parts.

Pay

• $18.50 - $21.50 biweekly.
• Includes a $1.00 shift differential.
