About the role
Welder I - 2nd Shift Mon-Thu 4pm-2:30am
Location: 10511 Washington Church Rd Miamisburg, OH 45342
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED; or 3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6 months+ of hands-on experience in welding and fabrication applications: cutting, welding/brazing, drilling, marking/engraving, welding of dissimilar metals (a plus)
- Proficient in welding safety, weld filler selection, weld processing parameters, fixturing
- Familiarity and experience with metallurgy, weld joint analysis, backing gas applications
- Strong cognitive and clear communication skills emphasizing attention to detail
- Self-motivated, able to lead projects with minimal oversight and demonstrate significant problem-solving ability
- Able to work independently and unsupervised while prioritizing tasks
