Harvest Room Labor position at the Tyson Eufaula Plant in Bakerhill, AL. This entry‑level non‑skilled general labor role involves maintaining a safe work environment while adhering to Tyson policies and procedures, with openings in the harvest room department.

Responsibilities

• Process live chickens to keep the production line running.
• Perform standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching as required.
• Work in cold, damp, hot, dusty, and humid environments with wet, slippery surfaces.
• Complete required training and perform the duties of the position.

Requirements

• Ability to meet the physical demands listed above.
• Willingness to work in varying temperature and humidity conditions.
• Completion of any required training.
• Adherence to biosecurity and animal welfare policies: showering and changing clothing/footwear before entry; no ownership of domestic, wild, or exotic fowl; no jewelry except medical ID; signing agreements to avoid avian species and to follow Tyson’s Biosecurity and Animal Welfare Guidelines.
