2nd Shift- Forklift Operator

Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift machine (sit down & stand up)
- Pick orders using RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory
- Manage pick ticket orders and pull warehouse items based on number, size, quantity, etc.
- Ensure orders are accurate and stage items correctly for delivery
- Read incoming order requests
- Adhere to quality and customer service standards
- Pick, wrap, and stage orders to be shipped
- Inspect and perform maintenance of forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Identify safety hazards in the workplace
- Consolidate partial pallets for incoming goods
- Perform other duties as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years’ experience operating powered forklifts
- Knowledge of various material-handling equipment an asset
- Proficient in math
- Detail oriented
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations
- High regard for safety in the workplace
- Able to lift 50 pounds with/without accommodations
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
- Must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with all safety policies and requirements
Pay
$20/hr (based on position responsibilities and geographic location)
