2nd Shift Forklift
Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring for all shifts for Assembly and Forklift positions in Lansing, MI. This role involves working in a fast-paced automotive environment with a focus on production operations.
Responsibilities
- Basic automotive assembly of front and rear bumpers for GM
- Standing for long periods of time
- Following all safety procedures
- Performing quality checks
Requirements
- Automotive and/or production work history is required
- Must be nicotine-free to be eligible for hire-in
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends
- Able to work in a team environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Must be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude
Pay
- Assembly positions: $19.00–$20.00 per hour
- Forklift positions: $22.50 per hour (includes $2.50 per hour premium)
Referral and production bonuses are also available. Overtime is available.
Schedule
- Openings available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
- 10–12 hours per day
- 5–6 days per week
