About the Role

Finisher employees are responsible for completing the production of a quality product in the most efficient manner possible.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality in the items produced
• Maintain all equipment used in the finishing process
• Notify the Production Supervisor of any problems or questions with equipment
• Keep production area clean, neat, and organized
• Communicate any problems or potential problems with other employees to the Production Supervisor
• Assist in quality checks and packaging
• Work with office staff as a team and with respect
• Effectively and efficiently manage time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be able to pass a test for color vision deficiency
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be 18 years of age or older
