2nd Shift Filling Technician - Set Up

Responsibilities

• Tear down parts to clean and rebuild.
• Recognize and troubleshoot problems among equipment.
• Communicate with machine operators, line leads, and maintenance.
• Organize, clean, and switch change parts as needed.
• Work collaboratively with others and participate in team meetings, safety programs, training, and presentations.
• Assist maintenance with daily tasks and prepare production for upcoming jobs.
• Perform cleaning of parts and change drums on packaging equipment.
• Remain flexible due to varying responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Basic math comprehension and communication skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs continuously.
• Must be able to work overtime with or without reasonable accommodation.

Schedule

2nd Shift: 3:15 pm – 1:45 am, Monday through Thursday

Pay

Starting hourly rate of $19.00 per hour. The actual rate may vary based on skills, experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.

Eligible employees can earn up to $1,520 annually through a productivity incentive plan, with payments distributed quarterly.
