2nd Shift Draw Press Setup and Run

We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused operator to join our 2nd Shift manufacturing team. This position performs a variety of production activities while maintaining established standards for safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor draw press equipment and assigned production operations.
• Develop proficiency across multiple existing operations and work productively to established standards.
• Perform quality checks on your own work to ensure products meet required quality standards.
• Observe equipment for malfunctions or operating difficulties and report concerns promptly.
• Take appropriate corrective action as instructed by your supervisor.
• Assist higher-grade personnel as needed to support production activities.
• Complete and maintain accurate production and operational records.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following good housekeeping practices.
• Follow all established safety procedures and workplace requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Pay

Starting at $27.79/hour, progressing to $28.78/hour after 12 months, plus a $1.00/hour 2nd shift premium.
