About the role
Get an Assembler role with the flexibility to choose your shift, days you work, and the amount of hours you work. Unlike other manufacturing jobs, you have the freedom to pick and choose the days you want to work in the MWC App. If you need a day off, simply drop the shift in the app and let a team member pick it up.
This job offers a flexible, app-based scheduling system similar to ride-sharing platforms. You decide when you want to work, with no one dictating your schedule. Consistent pay is provided every time you schedule a shift, and the job is easy to learn, making it a solid addition to your resume.
Schedule
Shift Choices:
- 3:30 PM – 12 AM
- 6 AM – 2:30 PM
Days: Monday – Friday (choose your shifts in the app)
Pay
$17/hour, paid every Friday (daily pay also available)

You’ll complete a quick observation shift before starting to ensure you understand the role.
Responsibilities
- Work as a key team member on the production line, ensuring smooth operations.
- Set up your workstation and contribute to changeover and Lean procedures.
- Collaborate with your Team Coach and Team Leader on assigned production duties.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks while meeting standard production rates.
