1st Shift: Assembler | $18.25/hr | Same Day Pay

About the role

We are seeking a dependable, full-time assembler for our Stanley Black & Decker facility. This position offers consistent full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Work on an active assembly line, helping build and inspect finished products by assembling mower parts, hoods, headlights, and other components on the production line.
• Install wiring, bolts, and hardware as part of the assembly process.
• Inspect and verify parts using visual checks, gauges, and fixtures to ensure quality.
• Operate equipment safely and perform basic maintenance.
• Maintain a clean work area following 5S standards.
• Report safety or quality concerns and support continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Comfortable standing and performing repetitive tasks for the full duration of a shift.
• Able to keep pace in a fast-moving production environment.
• Able to read and follow written instructions, including ISO work procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
• Reliable, communicates well, and works well with a team.
• Steel-toed/safety shoes required (workers must provide their own).
• No experience required. Assembly or light industrial experience is a plus.
