Job Details

• Shift Choices: 3:30 PM – 12 AM, 6 AM – 2:30 PM
• Days Available: Monday – Friday (choose your shifts in the app)
• Pay: $17/hour, paid every Friday (daily pay also available)
• Location: Stanley Black & Decker – Martin, TN

What You'll Do

You'll play a crucial role in maintaining smooth production by:

• Working as a key team member on the production line
• Ensuring smooth operations
• Setting up your workstation and contributing to changeover and Lean procedures
• Collaborating with your Team Coach and Team Leader on assigned production duties

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks while meeting standard production rates.
