About the role
Position: ACME Operator
Pay: $22–24 / hr plus shift differential
Location: East Syracuse
Shift: 2nd
Hours: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Days: Monday – Thursday
Overtime: Available
Responsibilities
- Ability to be cross trained in a variety of screw machines
- Setup and operate conventional lathes, mills, and other machinery
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to use various measuring devices like micrometers and gauges
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints; associates must be able to pass a blueprint test at interview
- Prior experience in manufacturing and ACME operation is required
- Mechanically inclined
- Mathematically inclined
