Responsibilities
- Associates are assigned a zone within the pick location system.
- Perform all required work for the assigned zone.
- Scan the carton barcode; the RF device directs the associate to the first location.
- Pick the designated number of garments and scan each UPC barcode to verify correctness.
- Place verified units into the carton.
- Push the case down the line to remaining zones if additional picks are required in the pick area.
- Close completed cases and place them on the takeaway conveyor to finish processing.
