Compensation

• Competitive base salary of $135,000–$150,000 with additional compensation through performance-based bonus model

Schedule and Training

• Average 34 hours per week, receiving full-time benefits
• No admin days and no on-call time
• Scheduled appointments - no staying late to work through a waiting room full of patients
• Two-week training period, traveling to various clinics in the area
• May differ from standard clinic schedule during training
• Additional mandatory training requirements outside of scheduled shifts may apply
• Floating to all clinic locations throughout the Portland metro area

Essential Functions

• Provide a rewarding mix of care including preventive care, illness and injury diagnostic, wellness exams and procedures
• Practice in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with a well-organized practice model
• Practice confidently with on-demand access to a Physician

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant: Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA
• Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner
• At least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care
• Experience seeing patients of all ages
• Eligible to participate in the Medicare program
• Must have demonstrated 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer

Working Conditions

• Standing for long periods of time
• Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator
• Must wear a mask as needed
• Clinical timelines and work volume / deadlines may require more than scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job
• Ability and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on business needs
