About The Role We are seeking a talented and imaginative Creative Illustrator to join our dynamic team at Chess.com. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and evolving the visual identity of the platform, transitioning from a more serious aesthetic to a playful, engaging, and challenging art style. Your creative contributions will support a variety of product features, branding initiatives, and user engagement projects. As a key member of the creative team, you will produce high-quality illustrative assets that resonate with our diverse audience, enhancing their experience and encouraging continued learning and enjoyment of chess. Collaboration with product managers, animation specialists, motion designers, and engineers will be essential to bring your illustrations to life, ensuring they align with our evolving visual style and strategic goals.
