Key Responsibilities
- Provides empathetic active listening and de-escalation
- Engages in person-centered safety planning, utilizing critical thinking and solution-focused problem solving
- Safeguards crisis follow-up and relapse prevention, offering support post-crisis resolution
- Communicates effectively with individuals from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Facilitates and coordinates placement
- Presents and partners with families, first responders, schools, hospitals, and community agencies
- Demonstrates proficiency in integrated computer database programs for accessing files and documenting services, organizing, and prioritizing work assignments
- Works independently, collaboratively within a team, and maintains a flexible work schedule
- Assumes rotating on-call responsibilities, including after-hours, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services
- Comprehensive knowledge of mental health diagnoses
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, recovery-focused environment
- Minimum of two years of case management experience
- Possesses a valid Texas Driver's License and maintains approved drivers’ status throughout employment
- Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Services, pursuit of clinical licensure in counseling, behavior analysis, family therapy, social work or a related field, advanced licensure, bilingual in ASL or Spanish, experience in providing concurrent documentation, Licensure as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC)

Pay
- $24.23 – $31.48
- Shift Differentials: $2.00/hour – Evening, $4.00/hour – Night, $4.00/hour – Weekend, $6.00/hour – Weekend Night
- $30.00/day – Rotating Weekly On-Call Stipend
Schedule
Non-traditional work hours are required for this position to include the possibility of 10 hour shifts.
