27 Tubing Operator

About the role

Reporting to the Tubing Supervisor, this position is responsible for efficiently and safely operating the machine to maximize production of defect-free multiwall bags. The role ensures that all products meet specifications and perform effectively in the marketplace, supporting both customer expectations and company profitability.

In the absence of the Tuber Operator, the Tubing Associate or a designate of the Production Manager will assume these responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate the tubing machine efficiently and safely to produce defect-free multiwall bags.
• Ensure all products meet customer specifications and perform as expected on customer equipment.
• Prevent defective products from reaching customers to maintain profitability.
• Support in-house customers by providing products that meet their operational needs.
