26- Week FT Pediatric Anesthesiologist - Baptist Memorial Hospital of Memphis - Full Time

About the role

North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join our established team in Germantown, Tennessee, one of the most sought-after communities in the Memphis metropolitan area.

Facility & services

• Pediatric services include a twelve-bed inpatient unit, eight operating suits with the ability to open two more, forty-bed NICU with 24/7 neonatology in-house coverage, ten exam rooms, and more.
• Anesthesia services are provided to three acute care hospitals on the same campus: Baptist Memorial Hospital – Memphis, Baptist Memorial Hospital for Women, and the Spence and Becky Wilson Baptist Children’s Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitor the patient’s physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements

• M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine
• Fellowship trained in Pediatric Anesthesiology
• ECFMG and FLEX completion
• Completion of approved residency in anesthesia
• Currently licensed as a physician

Pay

• Salary: $600K
• Sign-on incentive: $100K

Schedule

• Full call-taking position
• 26-week full-time schedule
• 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off
