Anesthesiology Pediatrics Full Time

About the role

This position involves providing anesthesia care within a busy medical center, with a focus on adult anesthesia and a core team offering pediatric anesthesia services for various surgical procedures. The role is based at a major medical center offering extensive primary, specialty, and tertiary care with a focus on physician support, wellness, and professional growth in a vibrant urban setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia care for diverse adult and pediatric cases, including general, urology, orthopedics, ENT, plastic surgery, oncology, GI, IR, and radiology.
• Manage neonatal cases from the NICU, with no CRNA supervision for core pediatric cases.
• Participate in one week of home pediatric call per month for NICU and pediatric cases.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a large, well-supported teaching environment.
• Contribute to a culture of transparency, collaboration, and physician well-being.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Ability to handle a broad spectrum of adult and pediatric anesthesia cases.
