About the role
Puyallup School District is seeking qualified applicants to provide instructional assistance or building duty assistance for absent paraeducators.
Responsibilities
- Provide instructional assistance to students with orthopedic impairments.
- Assist in building duties as needed.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
- Ability and willingness to work on a constant basis, minimum 4 times per month.
Qualifications
- Washington State Paraeducator Requirements.
- Qualifying (ETS) paraeducator assessment scores.
- 72 quarter credits or 48 semester credits at the 100 level or higher at an accredited college or university.
- Absorls Associates degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
- Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance.
Benefits

Pay
$25.80/hr.
Schedule
At-Will/On-call, based on the 2026-27 SY Calendar.
