26-27 SY JV Soccer Coach

About the role

The successful candidate will lead the JV soccer program, overseeing practices, games, and player development in collaboration with the varsity coach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the JV soccer program including practices, games, and player development
• Collaborate with the varsity coach to ensure continuity and quality of coaching
• Work closely with the athletic department to support the overall school athletics program

Requirements

• Experience coaching high school soccer at the JV level or equivalent
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate student-athletes
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations relevant to high school sports
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physical education, coaching, or a related field
• Current certification from the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS)
• Experience working with diverse student populations

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
