26-27 SY Head Junior Varsity Football Coach

About the role

The successful candidate will lead the JV football team, working closely with the varsity coach to develop players and ensure they are prepared for upcoming matches.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of JV football team operations including practices, games, and player development
• Collaborate with the varsity coach to align practices and match schedules
• Work with the athletic department to maintain compliance with school policies and regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of coaching experience at the high school level
• Experience with JV football or similar youth-level football programs
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate student-athletes
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations applicable to high school athletics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
