Requirements

Pay
The salary range for this position is $60,000 annually - $126,000/annually. Candidates must be internal employees to be placed on Column 5; for external candidates, Column 4/Step 11 is the maximum incoming placement.
For the 2026-27 school year, additional pay includes:
- $5,000 - $14,000 annual stipends for hard-to-staff Special Education positions
- $2,000 annual stipends for the hard-to-staff positions of counselor, social worker, and teacher librarian
- $3,000 annual stipend for advanced degrees
- $1,000 - $4,500 annual stipends for various extra-curricular activities
Schedule
The length of the work year is 10 months/year, 186 days/year, 5 days/week, with a professional work day.
